Request deletion of your Zappio account and personal profile data.
How to request deletion
1. Send an email from your registered email address to info@nexadatatechnology.com.
2. Use the subject: Zappio account deletion.
3. Include your registered phone number and the account role you use on Zappio.
4. Zappio will verify ownership before deleting or anonymizing eligible account data.
What may be retained
Order, payment, courier, real estate, and fraud-prevention records may be retained when required for legal, financial, dispute, or safety reasons. Public shop or product content may be removed or anonymized when the account is deleted.
